PPC Designees have access to 6
different education guides. These education
guides are the basis for the training program
and speak to a wide audience. They are intended
to educate and provide direction for professionals,
fiduciaries, and plan sponsors on what the plan
management responsibilities are as defined by
ERISA and industry best practices, and how to
meet them.
These education guides are fully
customizable (given to subscribers in editable
form to add logos, contact info, etc.) and printing
can be done by designees in-house, outsourced,
or ordered through FSS.
The following topics are covered:
1. Defining Success (understanding
what makes a plan successful from the perspectives
of the Department of Labor, Plan Sponsors, and
Participants, including a review of the critical

of plan investments).
